DESCRIPTION:We pride ourselves on offer structured\, safe\, progressive and fun lessons in Acro – in fact\, it’s been a steadily growing section to our already diverse dance faculty in Roynon Performing Arts.  \nAcrobatic Arts is a renowned syllabus and we are proud to offer this work to our students. All levels of this demanding yet fun genre of expression will be sitting exams on 6th Jul – further info will be sent out to families via email in due course.  \nGood luck to all our lovely students who are doing their exams – we’re proud of every one of you!

SUMMARY:ISTD dance exams with Roynon #2
DESCRIPTION:This is the second set date in the summer term for ISTD dance exams… \nRoynon Performing Arts pride itself on offering students quality support and progression and follow recognised ISTD syllabus for dance genres such as ballet and contemporary.  \nThe school has a strong\, proven history of achieving high grades in exams. These are a great way in which to prove learning as well as support key life skills such as time management\, proving skills in a controlled environment\, confidence and communication / listening skills.  \nWe are proud to run exams at cost\, as we fully appreciate the cost and time involved in getting ready for and attending sessions. But despite there being an additional workload to undertake (teachers included!) we believe the benefits far outweigh the burden.  \nWe recommend that our dancers undertake exams but recognise that some students are either not ready\, too busy or have specific needs that may mean undertaking an exam may be counterproductive. We support students regardless of their ability\, their path and their reason for dancing.
