Olga Shcherbina

Olga has joined the RPA teaching team, specialising in 1-1 and small group music tuition in piano, guitar and vocals.

Olga Shcherbina has moved to the local area from the Ukraine – she is a professionally trained music teacher and is available to support RPA students on a 1-1 basis in their musical journey, no matter their age or ability.

She began learning piano at the age of 6 years old and guitar at aged 16. She studied at Stravinsky Music College in Lutsk, Ukraine and was awarded with the highest accreditation. Olga has been an ensemble artist as well as performing solo concerts around the Ukraine, Poland and other parts of Europe. Before being forced to move from her home country, she taught over 250 students over 11 years from nursery ages through to senior years, all with varying aspirations and abilities.

Olga has written many of her own compositions on guitar and piano, demonstrating her knowledge of the musical elements. She tailors lessons according to the student’s wishes (notation, theory, ear work, or more informal methods such as guitar TAB). Check the Roynon Music social media for some amazing video clips!

Ms. Shcherbina has come to the UK as a result of the Ukraine crisis. She will be delivering her lessons from her base in Bishops Waltham and with the added option of online lessons. RPA are proud to have her join as part of the music faculty within the school.

If you are interested in furthering your knowledge of piano, guitar or singing, get in touch with the RPA team. But hurry; Olga has limited spaces available and they are filling up fast!
